Your role & responsibilities

Monitoring of Intraday inward funds processing streams

Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies;

Proactive trouble shooting in new and existing markets

Clarification of client / front office instructions (including interpretation of Chinese characters)

Monitoring client beneficiary instructions within our validation engine

Monitoring and interacting with outward payment processing flows when required within our payments engine

Payment enquiries

Exceptions management for all non-standard transactions

Assist the trading team with international treasury management

Your skills and experience

Minimum 3 years in working experience preferably in supporting role or administrative role

Detail-mindedness. You have great attention to detail and can independently complete deliverables with minimal supervision

Are excited to cope with uncertainties and challenges. Enjoy working under a lean team with high flexibility

Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English

Prior knowledge and exposure to finance service industry is preferred
