Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• •Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.
• •Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• •Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers.
• •Identify customers’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
• •Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• •Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
• •Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements:

• •Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
• •Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems.
• •Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.
• •Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases.
