Provide front-desk presence during scheduled tours and important visits.

Support administration of resources to ensure visitor satisfaction (i.e. availability of beverages, marketing materials, etc.)

Coordinate internal communication so relevant employees know when guests are arriving and what is expected.

Anticipate potential logistical issues and resolve them before they affect the visitor experience.
