• Summary:
• Service Engineer -A Network Service Engineer ensures the availability, performance, and stability of enterprise network services through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and change implementation across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Security,DDI , SASE

• Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DDI, Load Balancing
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and service health.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities.
• Support Major Incident Management (MIM) and engage vendors/TAC teams for critical issues.
• Execute approved changes, validate implementations, and perform post-change verification.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive actions for recurring issues.
• Manage CMDB updates, asset inventory accuracy, and lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end service availability.
• Participate in on-call and escalation support for business-critical services.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement, operational efficiency, and automation opportunities.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
