Operations Engineer, SSD Startup

As a Sub Same Day [SSD] Operations Engineer, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects. You are a customer-obsessed leader who will play an integral part in the planning and execution of facility infrastructure for new builds, retrofits, expansions and program initiatives. Project management and internal/external stakeholder management skills will be essential.

• Key job responsibilities
• - Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project.
• - Partner with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• - Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
• - Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
• - Manage project budget and approve all purchase orders.
• - Travel up to 80%.

Basic qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree
• - 3+ years of program or project management experience
• - Ability to travel up to 80%

Preferred qualifications

• - Experience working with and managing third party vendors
• - Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
• - Travel up to 80%

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
