Nous recherchons un Responsable d'Excellence Opérationnelle hautement motivé et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique d'entrepôt et de logistique. Le candidat retenu dirigera et facilitera des projets d'amélioration des processus en utilisant Lean et d'autres méthodologies d'amélioration continue afin d'accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle et l'efficacité.

Responsabilités clés :

Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'excellence opérationnelle dans l'ensemble des opérations d'entrepôt et de logistique.

Dirigez et influencez les équipes interfonctionnelles pour améliorer les processus et atteindre les objectifs métier.

Utilisez les données pour identifier les causes profondes des inefficacités et mettre en place des solutions robustes.

Établir et surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin de mesurer et de promouvoir les efforts d'amélioration continus.

Gérer et influencer les relations avec les parties prenantes afin d'assurer la réussite des initiatives d'amélioration des processus.

Favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue et d'excellence opérationnelle au sein de l'équipe.

Assurez-vous de respecter les réglementations en matière de santé et sécurité et promouvez une culture « Sécurité d'abord.

Qualifications et compétences :

Expérience avérée dans un entrepôt ou un environnement logistique, avec une solide compréhension des opérations et de la gestion des stocks.

Solides compétences analytiques et expérience dans l'utilisation des données pour orienter la prise de décision.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de diriger et de motiver des équipes.

Compréhension globale du Lean, du Six Sigma et d'autres méthodologies d'amélioration continue.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches efficacement et à prioriser efficacement.

Expérience avec les systèmes ERP et les techniques de gestion de projet.

Connaissance des normes et réglementations en matière de sécurité au travail.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our dynamic warehouse and logistics team. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational excellence strategies across the warehouse and logistics operations.

Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.

Utilize data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement robust solutions.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive ongoing improvement efforts.

Manage and influence stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a "Safety First" culture.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a solid understanding of operations and inventory management.

Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

Comprehensive understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

Experience with ERP systems and project management techniques.

Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
