About the Role
Join the operations team at an AI-enabled recruiting company, working closely with an Operations Associate and company leadership. You will coordinate candidate introductions and hiring conversations, helping keep the process organized and moving forward.
What You'll Do
Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations.
Follow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on introduced candidates.
Review candidate lists for alignment with role, location, and salary criteria.
Maintain accurate statuses, notes, and next steps.
Identify recurring operational issues and suggest improvements.
Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, and review their output.
What We're Looking For
Available 20 hours per week for a three-month internship starting in November 2026.
Based in Utah's Salt Lake or Utah County area, or able to commute to Salt Lake City or Lehi for in-person onboarding.
Current or recent experience in customer-facing work, coordination, recruiting, scheduling, support, or sales. Prior internship experience is not required.
Organized, dependable, comfortable making calls to new people, and able to manage multiple tasks through completion.
Familiarity with AI tools or automation is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
$20 to $25 per hour for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Remote, with the first one to two weeks of onboarding in person in Salt Lake City or Lehi, Utah.
