The Role

The Operations Manager will primarily be responsible for managing a team and vehicle fleet requirements of operations in order to meet business goals. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual that will undertake all duties involved with the successful running of the Avis Budget Group facility. This exciting and fast paced role presents an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to utilise their leadership skills and operational expertise.

Responsibilities

• •Effectively manage vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands
• •Action and monitor reporting and financial plans to contribute to the development of the annual business plan for your location.
• •Manage location performance against the strategic plan and implement necessary contingency measures to ensure targets are achieved.
• •Monitor the level of customer service being delivered and continually identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• •Create and facilitate a team environment within airport operations.
• •Identify and continually monitor employee needs and implement actions to increase employee satisfaction and manage the performance of employees as needed.

Skills & Experience

• •Strong leadership skills with previous experience in managing teams
• •Experience in coaching to further develop your employees while maximizing performance
• •Ability to work in a fast paced environment while of multi-tasking capabilities
• •Conflict resolution skills
• •Excellent computer proficiency
