Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• •Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hospitality industry
• •Ability to attract, develop and retain top hourly talent
• •Proficient in addressing guest concerns
• •High level of business acumen and common sense
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
• •Demonstrated computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS)
• •The minimum age requirement for this role is 21
• •Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
