What you’ll be doing:

Deliver strong operational and financial performance whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and team mental and physical wellbeing.

Responsible for day-to-day management of operatives, staff and site based support to ensure site capability/capacity is maximised.

Compliance with Veolia requirements & Fleet requirements through audit.

Using Power BI for daily / weekly / monthly reviews.

Managing people & assets to deliver efficient & profitable service.

Be the nominated Transport Manager with overall responsibility for Fleet management and compliance.

Drive efficiencies within the job role to maximise profit.

Utilise data to improve operational performance.

Creating a customer excellence approach & culture.

Delivery of a first time collection culture.

Managing people & assets to deliver / exceed service expectations.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in waste and fleet management.

Transport CPC - essential

Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience.

Financial management experience.
