Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau, Leitung und operative Steuerung des neuen Standortes in Stralsund
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs a
  • Planung und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Investitionen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktionsorganisation
  • Einführung moderner Fertigungsmethoden sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Führung, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Standortteams

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Schiffbau, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Produktionsstandorten oder Fertigungsbereichen, idealerweise im Schiffbau oder maritimen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im technischen und infrastrukturellen Facility Management sowie in der Produktionsplanung, Arbeitssicherheit und Vertragsmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere bei Infrastruktur- oder Produktionsaufbauprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ausgeprägte Englischkenntnisse für technische und geschäftliche Kommunikation / Dokumentation
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
