Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Warehouse Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily warehouse functions—including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatching—while ensuring accurate record-keeping and high operational standards.

You will work closely with the Operations Supervisor, Inventory team, and fellow warehouse staff to maintain inventory precision, promote safety, and support an efficient, collaborative working environment.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• •Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately to meet required deliverables and timelines.
• •Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor, Inventory team, and team members to resolve stock discrepancies, identify operational improvements, and ensure effective workflow management.
• •Ensure compliance with organizational safety, quality, security, and Warehouse Management System data accuracy standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• •2–3 years of experience in a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment.
• •Strong knowledge of general warehouse processes, safety standards, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Warehouse Management Systems.
• •Proven ability in task prioritization under pressure, detail-oriented problem solving, clear communication, and safe warehouse equipment operation.
• •High school diploma (or equivalent qualification, preferably in logistics or a related field).
