Das werden Sie machen

  • Erstellung der Zoll- und Transportdokumentation und Manifesten
  • Überprüfung der Ausfuhrunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Konformität
  • Bearbeitung und Reporting von blockierten Sendungen
  • EDV-gestützte Erfassung aller sendungsrelevanten Daten & scannen von Frachtpapieren
  • Datenkontrolle und Datensendung
  • Scannen von Frachtpapieren
  • Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Großkundendaten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Kenntnisse von Spedition / KEP / Logistik – abgeschlossene speditionelle/kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Zollkenntnisse (Im- und Export)
  • Gefahrgutkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Kontaktfreudig am Telefon / Email
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Flexibilität
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Spätschicht)
