Job Summary

Under indirect supervision performs advanced level installation, maintenance and repair of various Telecommunications and IT related equipment using accepted practices and procedures.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• •Perform advanced installation, system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution. Produce required documentation.
• •Work to gain advanced knowledge and understanding of various Telecommunications and IT technologies and business processes.
• •Create procedures to solve standard and advanced problems.
• •Participate in cross-training of various telecommunications and IT systems.
• •Acquire an understanding of business unit and customer requirements.
• •Work in database and record keeping systems for work and asset tracking.

• •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
• •An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

In addition to any experience required above, 4 years technical or relevant work experience is required.

$30.53 - $38.16

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
