Operations Trainee (Insurance)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team, part of our Risk Business at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining a dynamic team that supports the risk business.

As a true advisor you’ll deliver a high quality service to our clients as partner with other internal Marsh and Mercer teams.

You’ll work and support our middle market client portfolio.

We will count on you to:

• •Support our middle market customer portfolio;
• •Issue insurance policies;
• •Contact insurance companies;
• •Manage insurance inclusions and exclusions;
• •Contact and support clients.

What you need to have:

• •A degree in Law, Criminal Sciences, International Relations, Economics, Management or similar;
• •English and Portuguese language proficiency;
• •Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).
