HWN Dynamics Personaldienstleistungen GmbH ist ein Personaldienstleister im Gesundheitswesen. Wir vermitteln qualifizierte Fachkräfte an Kliniken, OP-Zentren und Praxiskliniken in verschiedenen Regionen. Für unsere Kunden suchen wir Sie als OTA oder OP-Pflegekraft und bieten Ihnen eine feste Anstellung mit der Freiheit, Ihren Arbeitsalltag mitzugestalten.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einsätze im OP bei unseren Kundeneinrichtungen in unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen, z. B. Allgemeinchirurgie, Unfallchirurgie/Orthopädie, Gynäkologie oder Urologie
  • Instrumentieren und Springertätigkeit bei operativen Eingriffen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der OP-Säle, Instrumente und Medizinprodukte
  • Patientenlagerung in Zusammenarbeit mit Anästhesie und Chirurgie
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie Dokumentation der Abläufe

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Operationstechnische Assistenz (OTA) oder als Pflegefachfrau/-mann bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, idealerweise mit Fachweiterbildung OP
  • Berufserfahrung im OP, gern auch in mehreren Fachdisziplinen
  • Flexibilität und Freude daran, verschiedene Häuser und Teams kennenzulernen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Sicherheit beim Einarbeiten in neue Abläufe
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein Klasse B
