Operationstechnischer Assistent OTA (m/w/d) zur Direktvermittlung an eine renommierte Privatklinik

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt oder nach Vereinbarung

## Deine Vorteile:

  • Vergütung von 2.700,00 - 4.500,00 € brutto/ Monat (20- 30 Stunden/Woche) plus 13. Monatsgehalt
  • Arbeitszeitrahmen Mo + Di von 07:00 bis 19:00 Uhr, ggf. Mi in Absprache möglich, restliche Woche frei
  • Keine Nachtdienste und Wochenenden grundsätzlich frei
  • 30 Tage Urlaub/ Jahr plus zusätzliche freie Tage durch Arbeitszeitkonto
  • Kleines Team mit großem Zusammenhalt in einem freundlichen, positiven Umfeld (gesunde Patient:innen)

## Deine Aufgaben:

Als OTA (m/w/d) übernimmst Du primär Aufgaben im OP-Bereich:

  • Übernahme von Instrumentier- und Springertätigkeiten
  • Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei Operationen
  • Mitverantwortung für Hygiene im OP-Saal
  • Sterilisation von Instrumenten
  • Pflege technischer Geräte
  • Dokumentation der Eingriffe
  • Verwaltung und Beschaffung von Operationsmaterial
  • Unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Stationsbereich

## Deine Skills & Stärken:

  • OTA (m/w/d) mit in Deutschland abgeschlossener oder offiziell anerkannter Berufsqualifikation oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) mit Zusatzqualifikation OP-Pflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) mit fundierter Vorerfahrung im OP sind zwingend Voraussetzung
  • Fachkundelehrgang I (Sterilgutkurs) oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Verlässliche und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
