Kernaufgaben Tätigkeitszulage

  • Bearbeitung der Lagerzu/ und -abgänge
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Lagerbestände und Optimierung der Lagerbelegung
  • Inventurbetreuung
  • Prüfung von Abweichungen der Bestände und Durchführung zeitnaher Erfassungen für Bestandskorrekturen / Umbuchungen / Inventur und Information an den direkten Vorgesetzten bei größeren Differenzen
  • Stichprobenweise Prüfung der Gründe für Abweichungen und Unterbreitung von Vorschlägen an den direkten Vorgesetzten für Maßnahmen bei Abweichungsschwerpunkten
  • Durchführung täglicher Cycle Counts und Verwaltung der Count Übersicht.
  • Durchführung notwendiger Audit Counts
  • Direkte Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem Kunden

Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen
  • Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie organisierte und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Initiative, Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft
