Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonischer Kontakt mit Versendern und Empfängern
  • Bearbeitung der Hauspost
  • Manuelle Bearbeitung fehlender Sendungsdaten
  • Bearbeitung von Fehlmeldungen
  • Anforderung von Nachquittungen bei fehlenden oder unklaren Abliefernachweisen, Lieferscheinen oder Sendungsdaten
  • Prüfung auf Irrläufer einschließlich Dokumentation
  • Allgemeine Qualitätsüberwachung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Nachforschungsaufträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Sendungen mit Auslieferhindernissen
  • Bearbeitung, Prüfung und Abwicklung von Schäden
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken

Die Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung - wünschenswert zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Selbstständige, schnelle und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Gesprächspartnern
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und Word, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, persönliches Engagement und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere am Telefon
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt
