  • eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des gesamten operativen/dispositiven Beschaffungsprozesses inkl. Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen im ERP-System inkl. Nachverfolgung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Terminen
  • Bearbeitung von Mengen- und Qualitätsabweichungen sowie das Einleiten von Retouren, Gutschriften,Ersatz- und Rücklieferungen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten,Terminen
  • operative Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachabteilungen (z.B. Konstruktion, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung) und Lieferanten
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Einkaufsprozessen und Lieferantenperformance
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten wie Materialsubstitution, Nachhaltigkeitsthemen in der Materialgruppe oder Lieferantenentwicklung
  • Ihr Profil
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder technischer Zusatzqualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf und/oder in der Disposition, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Kenntnisse im Einkaufs- und Vertragsrecht sowie Supply Chain
  • gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Organisationstalent, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
