Als Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unseren Kunden im Raum Isny bei der zuverlässigen Beschaffung von Materialien und technischen Komponenten. Sie begleiten Bestellungen von der Auslösung bis zur bedarfsgerechten Anlieferung und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Produktionsplanung und den Fachabteilungen zusammen.

Die Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beschaffung von Kostenstellenbedarfen und technischen Komponenten
  • Abwicklung des Bestellprozesses bis zur bedarfsgerechten Anlieferung
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungsprüfungen in Microsoft Navision
  • Disposition der wöchentlichen Produktionsabholungen aus Italien
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Produktionsplanung und den Fachbereichen sowie allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten im operativen Einkauf

# Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Supply-Chain-Management oder in der Verwaltung eines Industriebetriebs
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Navision Dynamics
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
