Das ist Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich:

  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Materialverfügbarkeit deiner zugewiesenen Materialgruppen
  • Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Preisvergleiche
  • Unterstützung bei Preis- und Vergabeverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
  • Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung von Materialstammdaten im ERP-System
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Einkaufsabwicklung inklusive Terminüberwachung und Lieferantenkommunikation
  • Überwachung und Steuerung von Beständen zur optimalen Versorgung unserer Produktion
  • Erstellung und Analyse einkaufsrelevanter Kennzahlen, Reports und Statistiken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Strategischer Einkauf, Logistik, Produktionsplanung, Qualitätssicherung, Konstruktion, Entwicklung und Vertrieb

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsgeschick und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise proAlpha oder SAP
