Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du kaufst Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sowie externe Dienstleistungen ein
  • Du bereitest fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen zu Preisen und Konditionen vor
  • Du prüfst Auftragsbestätigungen und überwachst vereinbarte Liefertermine
  • Bei Abweichungen oder Verzögerungen gehst du aktiv auf unsere Lieferanten zu und löst Lieferabmahnungen aus
  • Gemeinsam mit angrenzenden Bereichen sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Informations- und Materialfluss

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in der Materialbeschaffung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen – idealerweise mit proAlpha
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern

Nice-to-have (aber kein Muss):

  • Kenntnisse im Einkauf von elektronischen Komponenten
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
