Wir sind ein Firmenverbund aus der Speisewagen Eventcatering GmbH und der JP Gastro GmbH mit Sitz in Bergheim. Wir sind im Eventcatering und in der Gastronomie tätig, mit Einsätzen auf Messen und Events in der Region Köln/Düsseldorf/Bonn.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Gesamtverantwortung: vor Ort Aufbau, Service, Abbau
  • Mess- und Eventorganisation
  • Personaleinsatz planen, briefen, vor Ort steuern
  • Abstimmung mit der Küche
  • Logistik und Infrastruktur
  • Qualität und Standards
  • Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Eventcatering, in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder in der operativen Leitung
  • Organisieren unter Zeitdruck
  • Führerschein Klasse B; Anhänger (B96/BE) plus oder nachholbar
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch, Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Flexible Einsätze inkl. Wochenende/Abend; Region Köln/Düsseldorf/Bonn; gelegentlich Übernachtung weiter weg
  • Plus: Messe-Catering, Personaleinsatzplanung, IfSG-Belehrung, Erfahrung mit Anhängern
