Job Description:

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a multi skilled recycling operators to be based at our Sheffield Glass Recycling sites, reporting to a Shift Co-Ordinator. The role holder will be responsible for operating mobile equipment (including forklift truck, loading shovel and MEWP), carrying out quality control testing & reporting and manual tasks. It also involves rotation of roles within a 4 on (2 days/ 2 nights) / 4 off shift system which maintains a 24/7 operation. All this is to be done in a safe and sustainable way, in line with agreed cost budget and the Sibelco Values and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Safely operate a variety of mobile equipment
• •Work as part of a multi skilled team on a rotating shift pattern
• •Assist with other aspects of the site including inspection and basic maintenance
• •Work picking room
• •Clean up of spillages
• •Carry out quality control tasks
