  • Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Downstream-Prozessschritten zur Aufreinigung biopharmazeutischer Produkte
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Reinigung von Produktionsanlagen im GMP-Umfeld
  • Durchführung von Filtrations-, Chromatographie- und Konzentrationsprozessen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Produktionskampagnen
  • GMP-konforme Dokumentation gemäß Standardarbeitsanweisungen
  • Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen und Probenahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Abweichungsbearbeitung, CAPA-Maßnahmen sowie Qualifizierung und Validierung von Anlagen und Prozessen
  • Profil:
  • Biologielaborant, Chemielaborant, Pharmakant, Pharmazeutisch-technischer Assistent oder vergleichbare Qualifikaiton
  • Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Downstream Processing, insbesondere Chromatographie, Filtration und Proteinaufreinigung
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit GMP-Richtlinien und Standardarbeitsanweisungen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
