REQUIREMENTS :

• •Sewing / embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
• •Basic communication skills to include reading, speaking, and understanding English and basic math skills.
• •The physical ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the work shift.
• •The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• •Specific vision abilities required of the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• •This position requires a high attention to detail and quality.
• •This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
• •Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• •Must follow directions well.
• •Ability to work overtime – including work on weekends, when needed.
• •Good attendance is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• •Check in garments when they arrive.
• •Load design onto the machine via computer
• •Hoop garment or item while the machine is running, prepping for the next run
• •Operate machines while trimming the backing
• •Learn how to adjust tensions for better sewing quality
• •Fix errors if needed on items
• •Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are necessary for this job.
• •Maintains a safe, efficient, and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear, and is worthy of sharing with visitors at all times.

HOURS : 1st shift hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. OT may be required daily and on Saturday
