Responsibilities:

• •Manufacture and inspect highly precise parts while adhering to strict quality standards and keeping an eye on deadlines.
• •Perform the final processing of the produced parts to ensure they meet our high standards.
• •Properly prepare produced parts for further transport according to valid packaging regulations.
• •Play a key role in the separate collection and recording of recyclable materials, thereby actively contributing to our sustainability strategy.
• •Maintain SPC error collection cards to identify and implement potential improvements.
• •Prepare a performance report that documents our progress and highlights opportunities for optimization.
• •Strictly follow the workflow and all safety regulations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• •Take responsibility for the quality of our products as well as the order and cleanliness in the workplace.

Qualifications:

• •Knowledge in the field of manufacturing or production.
• •Ideally, training in the technical field, which is considered an additional plus.
• •German language skills at least at B1 level.
• •Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.
