Wir suchen Sie als Operator / Maschinenführer (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an unserem Standort in Pößneck, Thüringen.

Die Position ist in folgenden Bereichen vakant:

  • Digitaldruck
  • Buchbinderei
  • Offset

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung, Einrichtung und Kontrolle verschiedener Produktionsanlagen nach entsprechender Anlernzeit
  • zuverlässiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten nach schriftlichen Vorgaben, bzw. Arbeitspapieren und Anweisungen
  • Pflege der vorhandenen Technik
  • Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsanweisungen und der Qualitätsrichtlinien der Produktion
  • Dokumentation der Produktionsunterlagen

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich
  • technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse im Umgang mit Technik
  • PC-Grundkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • zeitliche Flexibilität, Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur internen Qualifikation an weiteren Maschinen / Anlagen
