  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Montage mikrooptischer, mechanischer und elektronischer Komponenten zu Mikrosystemen unter Reinraumbedingungen
  • Durchführung optischer und elektrischer Prüfungen an Komponenten und Baugruppen
  • Bedienung von Fertigungsanlagen sowie Montage- und Prüftechnik gemäß Vorgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei definierten Fertigungsprozessen nach Arbeitsanweisung
  • Montage und Prüfung von Prototypen
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten und Prüfergebnissen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Sauberkeit im Reinraumumfeld

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung wünschenswert, idealerweise Mikrotechnologen, jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Geeignete Quereinsteiger-Berufe: Uhrenmacher, Zahntechniker, Feinmechaniker, Optiker, Goldschmied, Laborant, Elektroniker oder Produktionsmitarbeiter mit technischem Hintergrund
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an präzisen Montage- und Prüfprozessen
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Feinmotorisches Geschick und sehr sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (Früh-/Spätschicht)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-/Office-Anwendungen von Vorteil6
  • Erfahrung im Produktions-, Montage- oder Reinraumumfeld
  • Erfahrung in präziser Montage oder optischer Inspektion (z. B. Mikroskoparbeit)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Ein hohes Maß an Konzentrationsfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein mitbringen
  • Präzises Arbeiten unter Reinraumbedingungen gewohnt sind
  • Bereits in feinmechanischen, qualitätskritischen oder technischen Bereichen gearbeitet haben
