Als Verpackungshersteller mit großem Onlineshop suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit (35-40 Std./Woche) einen Operator Prepress & Laserstanztechnik (m/w/d) am Standort Landsberg am Lech.

Du machst aus freigegebenen Konstruktionsdaten wirtschaftliche Produktionsbögen und fährst sie selbst auf unserer digitalen Laserstanze PaperOne 7000. Verpackungsmuster und Kleinauflagen liegen damit vollständig in deiner Hand.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfen freigegebener Druck-, Stanz- und Auftragsdaten und Übernahme der Konturen in die Workflow-Software
  • Erstellen laserfähiger Produktionsdaten und Bogenlayouts
  • Bündeln von Aufträgen zu Sammelformen unter Abwägung von Material, Format, Termin, Laufzeit und Rüstaufwand
  • Einrichten und Bedienen der Laserstanze sowie Überwachen von Kontur, Maßhaltigkeit, Rill- und Schnittqualität
  • Dokumentieren funktionierender Parameter und Rückmeldung von Optimierungsbedarf an Konstruktion und Druckvorstufe

## Dein Profil als Operator Prepress & Laserstanztechnik (m/w/d)

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung aus Druckvorstufe, Ausschießen, Bogenmontage oder vergleichbarer Produktionsplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PDF- und Vektordaten, Konturen, Stanzlinien, Ebenen, Beschnitt und Nutzen
  • Gespür für die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Material, Bogenformat und Maschinenzeit
  • Freude daran, Projekte von der Planung bis zum fertigen Endprodukt selbst zu verantworten
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Faltschachteln, Karton oder Wellpappe, dem Esko-Umfeld (ArtPro+, ArtiosCAD, Automation Engine) oder mit Schneidplottern, CNC- oder CAD/CAM-Abläufen.
