  • Wir suchen Sie als Operator (m/w/d) in der Halbleiterindustrie in Dresden.

In dieser Position sind Sie für die Bedienung moderner Maschinen und Anlagen verantwortlich und stellen durch eine sorgfältige Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher.

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört das fachgerechte Bestücken der Anlagen sowie das selbstständige Bearbeiten und Beheben von Fehlermeldungen.
  • Darüber hinaus dokumentieren Sie alle relevanten Arbeitsschritte präzise und zuverlässig. Sie arbeiten nach klaren Anweisungen und halten dabei alle geltenden Reinraumvorschriften konsequent ein, um die hohen Qualitätsstandards des Unternehmens sicherzustellen.
  • Es wird 8 Stunden pro Tag gearbeitet!
  • 2 Tage Frühschicht
  • 2 Tage Spätschicht
  • 2 Tage Nachtschicht
  • 4 Tage FREI!

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Reinraum unter Reinraumbedingungen muss vorhanden sein.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Übernahme der Maschinen- und Anlagenbedienung
  • Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Bestücken der Anlagen (8-10kg heben)
  • Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen sowie die Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte
  • Arbeiten nach Anweisung
  • Einhalten von Reinraumvorschriften
  • Erforderliche Kenntnisse:
  • Hohe körperliche Fitness
  • Motivation auch im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • PC Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)
  • Erforderliche Berufsausbildung:
  • Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Berufserfahrungen in den Produktionsprozessen der Halbleiter- oder Solarindustrie
  • Qualifizierte Quereinsteiger werden ebenso berücksichtigt
