In unserer Kaffeefabrik setzen wir auf moderne Verfahrenstechnik und IT-Lösungen. So produzieren wir Kaffee in kontinuierlich hoher Qualität und mit köstlichen Röstaromen. Bring unsere neue Fabrik mit deinem Know-how und deiner Umsetzungsstärke zum Erfolg. Gemeinsam erschaffen wir neue Maßstäbe in der Kaffeeindustrie.

  • Bedienung der Anlagen und Maschinen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses in der Rohkaffeeannahme/Rösterei/Müllerei
  • Kontrolle der technischen Abläufe an den Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Fehlerbehebung und Beseitigung von Störungen
  • Unterstützende Mitwirkung bei Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Überwachung der Produktionsqualität gemäß vorgegebener Qualitätsstandards inkl. Dokumentation der relevanten Produktions- und Prozessdaten
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Maschine und des Umfeldes im Bereich Rohkaffeeannahme/Rösterei/Müllerei
  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, idealerweise im Bereich der Kaffeeproduktion
  • Verständnis für Abläufe in der Produktion
  • Flexibilität und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team sowie Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem sowie zur flexiblen Arbeitsgestaltung
