Für unseren Kunden in Großpostwitz suchen wir ab sofort einen Operator Tamponherstellung (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung .

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von Tampons
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards
  • Durchführung von Rüst-, Einstell- und Formatwechselarbeiten an den Maschinen
  • Kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen und Prüfvorgaben
  • Dokumentation von Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten
  • Erkennung und Behebung einfacher Maschinenstörungen sowie Unterstützung der Instandhaltung bei technischen Problemen
  • Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten im definierten Verantwortungsbereich
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und GMP-Richtlinien

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung, z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsanlagen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie sorgfältige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Produktionsdokumentationen und digitalen Systemen
