  • Betriebssysteme und Anwendungssoftware installieren und konfigurieren
  • Treiber u.a. Softwaremodule installieren und konfigurieren
  • Hardware prüfen, installieren und konfigurieren
  • Anwendersupport (LAN, PC, Netzwerkdrucker)
  • IT-Helpdesk (Ticketsystem, Anwendersupport: Soft- und Hardware)
  • Umgang mit Office-Programmen (Microsoft und Adobe Produkte)

Qualifikation

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen:
  • Netzwerkstrukturen, Technologien und Protokolle
  • Operationssysteme: Microsoft Windows 7-10
  • gängiger Hardwaresysteme (Server- & Desktopsysteme
