Ops Associate, Amazon Customs & Trade

• Following SOP and other requirement to validate data/information provided by customer.
• Contacting with customer if the data/information is unclear/incorrect.
• Key in the data/information in system. Make sure the data/information in system is correct and align with SOP/requirement.
• Escalating issues and problems encountered in daily work.
• Collaborating with origin and destination logistics teams and other service providers to solve shipment issues
• Act as 1st Tier support for Seller Service queries related to shipments
• Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.

• Key job responsibilities
• •Handling assigned daily tasks, manage and handle exceptions in daily work. Uses knowledge and skill to meet assigned goals in timely manner.
• •Handling problems with minimal visible risks or roadblocks, troubleshooting problem with no existing procedure or SOP; evaluating compliance risks and escalates roadblocks.
• •Collaborating with service providers and origin or destination logistics teams to solve issues
• •Act as the team process expert co-work with other stakeholders on process improvement/Product launch/UAT Test
• •Managing business reporting as required, perform root cause analysis and own specific action to fix problems.
• •Taking additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.
• •Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.

• ACT operations team is a team of customs brokers managing the import duty requirements of FBA and external products. We have INLT LLC in US (a subsidiary of Amazon) and 3rd party customs broker in EU & UK, responsible for filing customs entries for goods.
• We are the provider of choice for industry-leading customs and trade services for universal importers and exporters, bringing value to traders by simplifying processes, ensuring accuracy, reducing costs, and providing a one-stop suite of trusted solutions.

Basic qualifications

• - Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• - Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis

Preferred qualifications

• - High school or equivalent diploma
• - 1+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration experience
• - Licensed customs broker
• - Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
• - Experience in customs
