Suavis is hiring a Business Analyst with prior consulting experience to join our growing Customer Experience Practice and Digital Transformation. You are someone with significant hands-on experience on a CRM platform, either in a lead role or you have the aspirations to step into one. You are passionate about leadership, be it with your depth and knowledge on the platform or your strength as a PM. Job Description :

- We are looking for a Oracle CPQ Business Analyst who will be part of a dynamic team that envisions and designs commercial solutions and maintains the CRM technical roadmap. As a Business Analyst, you will partner with Sales, Marketing and Service functions, evaluate their business needs, and translate those needs into system solutions.

- In this role you will leverage your knowledge and experience to elicit user needs, build requirements, enhance existing processes, and deliver solutions based on the strategy.

Experience : 4 to 7+years

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Required experience :

- Production experience with Oracle CPQ(formerly Bigmachines) configuration with strong CRM background

- Oracle CPQ knowledge: Oracle CPQ administration and configuration knowledge, data tables, Product Configuration and rules, Commerce Document Engine, ABO, BOM and Big Machines Language (BML).

- Experience with Agile methodology management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)

Highly desired skills :

- Oracle CPQ Implementation Certification (Preferable)
