Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead to lead the technical design and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions across complex enterprise environments. In this role, you will drive the development of customisations, integrations, data migrations, reporting, and system extensions, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, architectural standards, and best-practice design principles.

Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project teams, you will provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle, mentor development teams, and support successful Oracle transformation and optimisation initiatives.

The Responsibilities

• •Lead the technical design and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions.
• •Develop and oversee interfaces, customisations, conversions, reports, and integrations.
• •Provide expertise across Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, and OAF.
• •Mentor technical team members and drive best-practice development standards.
• •Support system upgrades, enhancements, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

About You

• •Extensive experience delivering Oracle E-Business Suite R12 technical solutions.
• •Strong technical skills across Oracle development tools and integration technologies.
• •Proven leadership experience in complex Oracle transformation or implementation programs.
• •Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• •Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud technologies is highly regarded.
