Oracle EPM Consultant - Senior Manager

Primary Requirements :

• •10 years of experience in managing and delivering Oracle EPM Projects
• •Should demonstrate extensive technical and functional expertise in implementation of FCCS
• •Expert in design, implementation and understanding of Multi-GAAP, Intercompany Eliminations, Allocations and consolidation concepts
• •Expert in (but not limited to) FCCS configurations, business rules , reports development, form design, Ownership Management and User Management
• •Proficient in designing Integrations using CDM (Cloud Data Management)
• •Should be able to work in high pressure environment with excellent process control driven methods
• •Should be able to analyze current systems and recognize the need for system enhancements or modifications as necessary
• •Strong understanding of all Finance business processes supported by out of the box capabilities of EPM Modules – FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS
• •Should have experience in Implementation of other EPM Products - ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS
• •Must be good at writing SQL scripts and working with SmartView
• •Minimum 2 years of support experience on top of implementation experience is preferred
• •Goes without saying the candidate has to be a team player with very good attitude and experience working with Global teams
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• •Should collaborate seamlessly with multiple internal and external teams

Additional Requirements :

• •Financial Services and Consulting experience with large accounting firms is highly desired
• •Desired experience with Go-live preparation, cut-over and hyper care support
• •Strong verbal and written communication to be able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building rapport and confidence
