As an Oracle Finance Functional - Director you will lead client-facing Oracle Finance consulting efforts focused on configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Financials solutions that support general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and other core finance processes. As a Director you will set direction, drive business growth, shape client engagements, and mentor leaders while promoting quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will guide multiple workstreams, translate client needs into practical Oracle finance solutions, and help build trusted executive relationships that support operational efficiency and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• - Leading Oracle Finance transformation engagements from strategy through implementation and stabilization
• - Shaping client solution design across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and record to report processes
• - Directing teams through Oracle Financials configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment activities
• - Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand finance process improvement and application consulting services
• - Translating finance and accounting requirements into scalable Oracle Finance operating models and system designs
• - Guiding delivery of integration points, reporting needs, and controls across Oracle Finance and connected applications
• - Mentoring teams on finance transformation methods, Oracle Financials functionality, and issue resolution approaches
• - Validating project progress, risks, and dependencies while balancing executive priorities and multiple client workstreams
• - Advising on process redesign, financial reporting impacts, and operating model changes for finance modernization initiatives

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 16 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• - Leading Oracle Finance transformation initiatives across complex client environments
• - Translating finance strategy into Oracle Cloud solution direction
• - Managing executive client conversations across multiple stakeholder groups
• - Driving business development through Oracle finance advisory opportunities
• - Applying financial accounting and reporting knowledge to system design
