As a Oracle Fusion Finance Director you will lead client-facing Oracle Financials engagements that help organizations configure, implement, and maintain finance solutions across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and other core processes. As a Director you will set strategic direction, drive business growth, and translate vision into action while mentoring leaders, guiding multiple workstreams, and shaping client relationships within our Oracle practice. In this role at PwC, you will bring together financial application consulting, stakeholder communication, and commercial judgment to support delivery of finance technology solutions that align with client priorities.

Responsibilities

• - Setting strategic direction for Oracle Financials client engagements and shaping finance transformation priorities
• - Leading business development pursuits and identifying opportunities to expand Oracle Core ERP services within the finance technology market
• - Overseeing multiple implementation and optimization workstreams across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and record to report processes
• - Guiding configuration decisions for Oracle Financials solutions that align finance operations, reporting needs, and control requirements
• - Advising client leaders on finance process improvement, system design, and operating model changes that support transformation goals
• - Directing issue resolution across complex project phases, including design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities
• - Developing executive relationships and presenting progress, risks, and future-state options to senior finance stakeholders
• - Mentoring consulting teams and cultivating capability in Oracle Financials, financial management software, and finance process redesign
• - Validating that project work aligns with professional standards, independence requirements, and internal conduct expectations
• - Advancing innovative approaches that improve financial reporting, system administration, and delivery efficiency

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 14 to 20 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• - Translating Oracle Finance strategy into client-facing solution roadmaps
• - Leading business development for finance transformation engagements
• - Directing complex Oracle Cloud Financials implementations across teams
• - Guiding executive discussions on finance process redesign and controls
