As a Oracle HCM Technical - Manager you will lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation work focused on integrations, extensions, design, development, configuration, test script execution, proof of concept activities, user training materials, and support for testing milestones. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while guiding workstreams, reviewing deliverables, and balancing priorities across multiple needs within our Business Application Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will bring technical depth in Oracle Technology, collaborate across digital core modernization and finance technology efforts, and help shape practical solutions that support client delivery.

Responsibilities

• - Leading Oracle HCM technical workstreams across full-cycle cloud implementations
• - Designing, building, and configuring integrations and extensions aligned to client requirements
• - Developing technical solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Application Development Framework, and Oracle Data Integration
• - Executing testing milestones, creating test scripts, and supporting proof of concept activities
• - Preparing user training materials and translating technical processes into clear implementation support
• - Managing project timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution across multiple client engagements
• - Coaching team members through design reviews, technical problem solving, and delivery tasks
• - Reviewing complex system interactions to identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• - Applying Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and automation tools to support reporting and process improvement
• - Upholding professional and technical standards while guiding client-facing delivery activities

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 10 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• - Managing Oracle HCM technical workstreams across client delivery projects
• - Translating HCM requirements into technical design and configuration
• - Coordinating project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables
• - Mentoring junior staff through feedback, review, and coaching
• - Applying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and integration skills in client settings
