Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT team. This individual will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions, integration technologies, and best practices to help streamline and optimize business processes while ensuring seamless integration with both on-premise and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• •Solution Architecture & Design :
• •Design and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to meet the business needs.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• •Develop high-level architecture designs and implementation plans for integrating cloud and on-premise applications using OIC, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and other relevant Oracle products.
• •Provide expertise in designing cloud-based, scalable, and secure integration architectures.
• •Implementation & Integration :
• •Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, including the configuration of integration flows, API management, and data integration.
• •Work with development teams to configure adapters, set up connection pools, and ensure efficient communication between various systems and applications.
• •Integrate Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle ERP, HCM, and CRM) with third-party applications, legacy systems, and cloud platforms.
• •Technical Leadership :
• •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to integration best practices and design principles.
• •Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration issues related to OIC.
• •Stay up to date with the latest features and releases of Oracle Integration Cloud and related Oracle technologies, incorporating them into integration strategies where appropriate.
• •Stakeholder Collaboration :
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other architects, to ensure smooth delivery of integration projects.
• •Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business outcomes.
• •Documentation & Reporting :
• •Prepare detailed solution documentation, including technical specifications, integration flow diagrams, and testing plans.
• •Provide regular status updates to management on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• •Continuous Improvement :
• •Suggest improvements to integration architectures and processes, ensuring that the solutions remain efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.
• •Drive the adoption of best practices, reusable components, and frameworks to enhance the development and implementation process.

Qualifications

• •Education :
• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• •Experience :
• •8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years working specifically with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms.
• •Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based integration solutions.
• •Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle applications (ERP, HCM, CRM), and other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• •Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and message-based integration.
• •Skills :
• •Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including the use of adapters, integration patterns, and best practices.
• •Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud services (OCI), databases, security frameworks, and data integration technologies.
• •Proficient in designing scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions.
• •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• •Experience with Agile methodologies and working in collaborative environments.
• •Certifications :
• •Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification or equivalent certification in cloud integration solutions is a plus.
• •Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification is a plus.
