Oracle SOA Developer /Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SOA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing service-oriented architecture solutions using Oracle SOA Suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient integrations and enhance system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy SOA composite applications using Oracle SOA Suite.

Implement web services (SOAP/REST) and configure adapters for various protocols (JDBC, JMS, FTP, etc.).

Develop and maintain BPEL processes, mediation flows, and orchestration of services.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SOA services and components.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SOA components.

Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and reliability are followed.

Document design specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.

Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Oracle SOA Suite.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, ESB, and Oracle Service Bus.

Strong knowledge of web services technologies (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSD).

Experience with Java, XML, and related technologies.

Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL.

Knowledge of integration patterns and service-oriented architecture principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle Cloud services and hybrid integration scenarios.

Familiarity with other Oracle Middleware products (e.g., Oracle BPM, Oracle Integration Cloud).

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
