Requirements

• •DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• •Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program before starting
• •Eligible for Indiana dental licensure
• •Experienced surgeons and residents nearing completion are welcome to inquire
