Du arbetar nära kunder, leverantörer och kollegor inom företaget för att säkerställa en smidig leveransprocess och bästa möjliga kundupplevelse.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

• •Hantera administration kring inköp av fordon och tillbehör.
• •Hantera inkommande ärenden via telefon, e-post och ärendehanteringssystem.
• •Samarbeta nära kundtjänst för att säkerställa korrekt information och hög servicenivå.
• •Hantera, följa upp och lösa kundärenden kopplade till våra processer.
• •Delta i projekt, utredningar och kundmöten vid behov.

Vem är du?

Du är strukturerad, serviceinriktad och trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor. Du arbetar effektivt, gillar högt tempo och motiveras av att utvecklas tillsammans med andra. Har du dessutom ett intresse för bilar och fordonsbranschen är det ett stort plus.

Kvalifikationer

• •Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete.
• •Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office.
• •Förståelse för fordonsbranschen.
• •Grundläggande kunskap om bilmodeller och fordonsutrustning.
• •Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande: erfarenhet från leasing-, finans- eller fordonsbranschen.
