YOUR ROLE

• •Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• •Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• •Provide information, and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• •Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.

Initial training will be provided.

YOUR PROFILE

• •At least B2 level at English language.
• •Sense of responsibility, pro-activity and dynamism.
• •Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• •Good communication Skills
• •Availability for Hybrid work

• •Availability for shifts
