Ensure Master data is efficiently maintained internally & externally.

Responsible for customers & sales team communication and coordination.

Monitor order processing over ERP system.

Order management follow ups & enhancements.

Order change tasks as per the process.

Ensure granting the highest possible service level for our customers

Orders fulfilment tasks.

Orders planning with logistics team.

Delivery follow ups.

Excel & Power BI Loss Analysis & action plan for mitigation.

Driving the needed daily report for the business.

Returns Investigation.

Driving review weekly/monthly business review meetings.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key responsibilities encompass:Technical Excellence: Transportation Management Systems TMS,Warehouse Management Systems WMS, Order Management Systems OMS, and Route Optimization SoftwareForecast demand for products and create inventory plans to ensure stock availability. Analyze inventory levels and product demands. Coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery of stock. Implement inventory control systems to avoid product overstock and outages
