  • Koordination mit Lager und Versand, Begleitung von Abnahmen sowie
  • Erstellung exportrelevanter Dokumente Bearbeitung von Reklamationen,
  • Austauschaktionen, Nachlieferungen, Reparaturen und Retouren inklusive
  • SAP‑Erfassung, Nachverfolgung, Faktura‑Klärung und
  • Forderungsmanagement Fachliche Unterstützung der Sales‑ und
  • Serviceorganisation, Mitwirkung an Vertragsprüfungen, Schulung
  • dezentraler OPMs sowie Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des
  • Auftragserfüllungsprozesses Was Sie mitbringen: Erfolgreich
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierten Kenntnissen im
  • Außenhandel, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum
  • Fachwirt Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und fließende
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit SAP,
  • vorzugsweise in den Modulen SD und CRM Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑
  • und Sozialkompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit Weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie
  • Französisch oder Spanisch von Vorteil; produktspezifische Schulungen
