Als Organisationsprogrammierer bist Du für die Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung eines Kernbanksystems einer Landesbank verantwortlich.

Werde Teil unseres Expertenteams und bringe Dein technisches Know-how ein, um stabile, performante und sichere Anwendungen zu gewährleisten.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:

  • Abstimmung und Strukturierung der fachlichen Anforderungen des Auftraggebers.
  • Erstellung von DV-Konzepten sowie Aufwandsschätzungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Design der Anwendung und Spezifikation der technischen Komponenten in einer hostbasierten Umgebung.
  • Umsetzung/Programmierung von Änderungsanforderungen der Auftraggeber sowie Wartungsaktivitäten und Fehlerbereinigungen im Rahmen des Application Managements von bankfachlichen Anwendungen.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Umfassende Expertise, erworben durch einen fundierten Ausbildungs- oder Studienweg und mindestens 10 Jahre praktische Erfahrung.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und langjährige praktische Erfahrung im HOST-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkten auf COBOL, DB2/SQL und IMS-DB/DC.
  • Bankfachliches Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Lösungskompetenz.
  • Mut, Entscheidungen zu treffen und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
